01. Overlay
01. Characteristics
As a thermoplastic adhesive for EVA, it is excellent in application and early adhesive strength. It shows excellent adhesive strength with various films regardless of film qualities. As it is a water-based emulsion type, it is easy to use and excellent in cold resistance.
The UT-700, an environment-friendly type, is a product for which we have obtained the environment-friendly certificate from Korea Air Cleaning Association.
02. Applicable field
It can be used for the film overlay processes for various materials including PVC, PP, PE, and PET. With many years of experience, Taeyang Chemical Co., Ltd. provides a variety of grades and solutions in accordance with customers' working environments and requirements.

02. Floor
01. Characteristics
As a thermoplastic adhesive for PVAc, it is excellent in early adhesive strength and application and shows outstanding adhesive strength for the adhesion of various wood, plywood, and HPM. And as it is a water-based emulsion type, it is easy to use and also excellent in water resistance. All of our adhesives for floor are environment-friendly types, for which we have obtained the environment-friendly certificate from Korea Air Cleaning Association.
02. Applicable field
As a two-component type which is used together with a hardening agent, it is excellent in adhesive strength. So, it is possible to adhere various materials (wood, plywood, HPM, metal plate) regardless of the quality of materials. Thanks to its excellent application and early adhesive strength, productivity can be much improved.

03. Textile
01. Characteristics
As a vinyl acetate adhesive, it is excellent in water dilution. Its dry film is transparent and hard.
As it is a water-based emulsion type, it is safe against fire and not toxic and does not go to decay.
02. Applicable field
As a vinyl acetate resin, PT-40 is excellent in adhesive property. Particularly, it has been developed as a cotton and fiber treatment agent.
The film of PT-40 is transparent and hard, and excellent in stability and aging resistance. So, if it is mixed with filler or urea resin and melamine resin, its water resistance and heat resistance can be much improved and processing effects can also be much enhanced.

04. Wood
01. Characteristics
It is a thermoplastic adhesive developed as a high-density and low-viscosity type through copolymeriation of vinyl acetate and acrylic. It is excellent in water dilution and can maintain its outstanding adhesive strength in high humidity.
It can form a film easily at room temperature and its dry film is transparent.
02. Applicable field
As its eary adhesive strength is excellent, it is good for wood, plywood, plaster, and patterned paper. And as it is a water-based emulsion, it is easy to use. As its water resistance is excellent, it can maintain excellent adhesive strength for a long time even in high humidity. The environment-friendly type TS-80 is a product for which we have obtained the environment mark certificate from Korea Eco-Products Institute.
